Competition Background

In order to fully implement the nineteen spirit of the party and Xi Jinping's socialist ideology with China's characteristics in the new era. Adhere to innovative development, put innovation at the core of the overall national development, and constantly promote theoretical innovation, institutional innovation, scientific and technological innovation, cultural innovation and other aspects of innovation. Requirements

The 7th Hainan Science and Innovation Cup Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was held in accordance with the strategic emerging industries such as the new generation of information technology, biotechnology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new materials, new energy, new energy vehicles, energy conservation and environmental protection.

In this competition, enterprises are divided into the start-up enterprise group and the growth enterprise group to compete respectively.

Participating enterprises must meet the following requirements:

1. The enterprise has innovation ability and high growth potential, mainly engaged in high-tech product research and development, manufacturing, service and other businesses, with intellectual property rights and no property disputes.

2. The enterprise is a non listed enterprise with standard operation, good social reputation and no bad record.

3. The business income of the enterprise in 2020 shall not exceed 200 million yuan.

4. The company is registered and established after January 1, 2011.

5. The competition is conducted according to the group of start-up enterprises and the group of growing enterprises. Enterprises with business registration time after January 1, 2020 (inclusive) can participate in the competition of start-up enterprise group, while enterprises with business registration time before December 31, 2019 (inclusive) can only participate in the competition of growth enterprise group.

6. The growth group enterprises that are shortlisted in the national industry finals must obtain the warehousing registration number of small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises when recommended by the provincial science and technology management department (registration website: www.innofund.gov.cn ）。There is no such requirement for start-ups.

7. Enterprises that won the first, second or third prize or the first, second or third prize in the national finals or national industry finals of the previous nine competitions will not participate in this competition. If you have won the excellent enterprise award of the national industry finals, you can enter for the competition. Those who have won the first, second and third prizes in the finals of the previous "science and technology innovation cup" and have not won the place in the national finals or the national industry finals of the previous nine competitions can continue to register to participate in the provincial competitions, but do not participate in the ranking of the Provincial finals. After entering the finals, they can give priority to the national competitions.

Schedule

（1）Enrollment

Enterprises that meet the self-evaluation criteria can log in to the official website of China Innovation and entrepreneurship competition（ www.cxcyds.com ）to register. After registration and unified identity authentication, the registration enterprise shall submit complete registration materials and be responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of the information. The official website of the competition is the only way to register for the competition, and other registration channels are invalid.

Registration deadline: July 16, 2021

Enrollment deadline: July 23, 2021

（2）Qualification Examination

The Organizing Committee of the competition organizes judges to examine the qualifications of all the entries. Those who meet the entry conditions will enter the preliminary competition.

（3）Preliminary Competition

The entries are divided into two groups according to the start-up enterprise group and the growth enterprise group. The evaluation experts will conduct online selection and propose the list of candidates to be promoted to the semi final. The office of the competition organizing committee is responsible for reviewing the results of the preliminary examination of experts, and examining and approving between 150 and 200 companies to enter the semi final list.

（4）Semi Fianl

The entries are divided into two groups according to the start-up enterprise group and the growth enterprise group. The way of 8-minute roadshow + 7-minute Q & A (15 minutes) is adopted. The competition organizing committee organizes judges, industry experts and investment institutions to score on the spot. The results are announced on the spot. According to the score, a certain proportion of enterprises are selected to advance to the final.

（6）Final

In the final competition, 10-15 domestic well-known industry experts, investment institutions and well-known entrepreneurs will be invited to form a judge team to defend and evaluate the participating projects, determine the ranking of the competition and give awards.

（6）National Final Competition of China

Awards

（1）Entrepreneurship Support Fund (RMB 1.5 million in total)

1、Start-up Enterprise Group

One first prize winner, supporting fund of RMB 150000 per person.

Two second prize winners, supporting fund of RMB 100000 per person.

Three third prize winners, supporting fund of RMB 50000 per person.

2、Growth Enterprise Group

One first prize winner, supporting fund of RMB 300000 per person.

Two second prize winners, supporting fund of RMB 200000 per person.

Three third prize winners, supporting fund of RMB 100000 per person.

（Note: the above bonus settings are limited to Hainan competition area, excluding the national finals.）

（2）Certificate of honor and certificate of excellent enterprise

1、The top 8 in the preliminary competition will receive the honorary certificate issued by the competition organizing committee

2、The top 20 in the semi final will receive the honorary certificate issued by the Organizing Committee of the competition.

3、The enterprises that have reached the final will be awarded the award-winning certificate and excellent enterprise certificate issued by the Organizing Committee of the competition.

（3）Entrepreneurship incentives

Awarded corporation：

1、If you need office space, you will be preferentially recommended to all incubators and parks in Hainan Province；

2、Have professional business guidance and training；

3、Award winning enterprises that need to apply for bank loans will be recommended to guarantee institutions set up by the government；

4、Preferentially recommend to relevant venture capital institutions；

5、For eligible projects, the government plans will give special preferential support；
